Elämäni muuttui täydellisesti vaihdettuani huhtikuussa 2002 työpaikkaa Nokia Networksista Pohjois-Karjalan ammattikorkeakouluun ja muutettuani paluumuuttajana Helsingistä Joensuuhun.

Nokia Networksin aikaisen työurani loppuvaiheessa olin avainhenkilö ja hankekohtainen sisäpiiriläinen.

Tämän blogin tarkoituksena on kertoa mitä minulle on tapahtunut ja muistuttaa muita siitä minkälaisiin hankaluuksiin yksittäinen kansalainen ja osa hänen läheisistään voi joutua nykypäivän Suomessa.

Tein tapahtumien johdosta ensimmäisen kanteluni eduskunnan oikeusasiamiehelle 14.9.2004 ja myöhemmin 15.7.2005 poliisitutkintapyynnön joka kattaa sekä työpaikkakiusaamisen että poliisiviranomaisten toiminnan.

Suomessa asia oli viimeksi vireillä oikeuskanslerinvirastossa. Olen tehnyt myös valituksen Euroopan ihmisoikeustuomioistuimelle.

Muutin Joensuusta takaisin Helsinkiin kesäkuussa 2005. Muutin elokuussa 2012 Turkuun. Olen muuttanut joulukuussa 2016 Turusta Helsinkiin.

Todellista syytä tapahtumille en tiedä. Menetin terveyteni, kunniani ja työpaikkani. Viranomaisten tulisi selvittää asia poliisitutkintapyyntöni, oikeuskanslerille tekemieni kanteluiden, Euroopan ihmisoikeustuomioistuimelle tekemäni valituksen ja myöhempien täydennyksieni mukaisesti, mutta vuoden 2002, kevään 2003 ja uudelleen syksystä 2004 eteenpäin sattuneita tapahtumia ei haluta tutkia vaan niitä yritetään peitellä ja minua yritetään estää ajamasta asiaani.

Minulle on haluttu jokin rikosmerkintä. Edelleen minusta on levitetty valheellisia tietoja ja vihjauksia, joita yritetään käyttää painostuskeinona ja pelottelukeinona sille etten ajaisi asiaani viranomaisteitse. Tässä on ilmeisesti ollut tarkoituksena henkinen murtamiseni ja se että muut henkilöt osallistuisivat kiusaamiseen ja henkiseen painostamiseen.

Olen ottanut yhteyttä Amnesty International Suomen osasto ry:n toiminnanjohtaja Frank Johanssoniin ja johtokunnan 2005-2006 vt. puheenjohtaja (II varapuheenjohtaja) Thomas Hackmaniin sekä Ihmisoikeusliitto ry:hyn ilman mainittavaa tulosta. Olen kirjoittanut asiasta myös Amnesty International Suomen osasto ry:n johtokunnan 2006-2007 puheenjohtaja Milma Kettuselle, Helsingin Sanomien vastaavalle päätoimittajalle Janne Virkkuselle, Suomen Kuvalehden päätoimittajalle Tapani Ruokaselle, fifi.voima.fi:n päätoimittajalle Hanna Nikkaselle, Ihmisoikeusliitto ry:n pääsihteerille Kristiina Kourokselle ja Amnesty International Suomen osasto ry:n oikeudelliselle asiantuntijalle Susanna Mehtoselle ilman että olisin saanut apua.

Lisäksi olen ottanut yhteyttä Uudenmaan työsuojelupiiriin ja Itä-Suomen työsuojelupiiriin asian selvittämiseksi.

Sain oikeusapua vasta kolmannesta oikeusaputoimistosta. Rikosuhripäivystyksen Itä-Suomen aluetoimistosta sain asiakirjojen kopiointiapua kanteluiden ja selvityspyynnön tekemiseksi. Rikosuhripäivystyksen Uudenmaan aluetoimistosta en saanut asiakirjojen kopiointiapua kantelua ja mahdollista oikeusprosessia varten.

Lopetin oikeusapuni Joensuun oikeusaputoimistosta 14.5.2007. Olen ollut yksityisen asianajotoimiston asiakkaana 10.1.2008-7.8.2009.

Minulta on estetty oikeus tehokkaaseen oikeussuojakeinoon.

Olen joutunut turvallisuusviranomaisten ajojahdin kohteeksi.

Ulkopuoliset eivät uskalla puuttua tapahtumiin tai pyynnöstä osallistuvat niihin.

Olen erittäin huolestunut Suomen oikeusjärjestelmän toimivuudesta sekä perus- ja ihmisoikeuksien toteutumisesta Suomessa.

Korkein hallinto-oikeus on päätöksessään 14.4.2016 hyväksynyt elämäni ja läheisteni elämän tuhoamisen. Suomalainen oikeusjärjestelmä on kykenemätön tuomitsemaan syyllisiä rangaistukseen silloin kun syyllisten joukossa on tarpeeksi korkeita viranomaisia. Julkaisemalla tapahtumien kuvauksen minä pidän huolen siitä, että historia kykenee tuomitsemaan.

Minulla on mahdollisuus valittaa korkeimman hallinto-oikeuden päätöksestä kansainvälisiin tuomioistuimiin.


My life altered radically when I changed workplace from Nokia Networks to the North Karelia Polytechnic (now Karelia University of Applied Sciences) in April 2002 and moved as a remigrant from Helsinki to Joensuu.

At the end of my working career in Nokia Networks I was a key person and a project based insider.

The purpose of this blog is to describe what has happened to me and remind other people what kind of difficulties a common citizen and part of his/her close ones can land in the present Finland.

I did my first official complaint to The Parliamentary Ombudsman of Finland in 14. September 2004 concerning these issues. Later on, in 15. July 2005, I did a police investigation request that covers both the work bullying and the acts of police authorities.

Last time in Finland the matter was pending in The Office of the Chancellor of Justice. In addition, I have made an application against the Republic of Finland to the European Court of Human Rights.

I moved back to Helsinki from Joensuu in June 2005. I moved to Turku in August 2012. I have moved to Helsinki from Turku in December 2016.

I don't know what the real reason is for the incidents. As a consequence, I lost my health, honour and job. The authorities should investigate the case according to my request of police investigation, my official complaints to The Chancellor of Justice of Finland, my application against the Republic of Finland to the European Court of Human Rights and my later additions. However, the course of events during the year 2002, spring 2003 and since autumn 2004 are not wanted to investigate but are attempted to cover and the administrative process of the matter is attempted to intercept.

Some criminal record entry has been wished for me. Furthermore, false information and false insinuations concerning me have been spread as a method of pressure and a method of deterrent so that I would not be able to advance the case. Apparently, the purpose of this has been to depress me mentally and to make other people participate bullying and mental pressure.

I have contacted both to the director and to the acting chairman (the second vice chairman) of the board of management 2005-2006 of Amnesty International Finnish Section and also to the Finnish League for Human Rights without appreciable help. I have also written to the chairman of the board of management 2006-2007 of Amnesty International Finnish Section, to the editor-in-chief of Helsingin Sanomat, to the editor-in-chief of Suomen Kuvalehti, to the editor-in-chief of fifi.voima.fi, to the Secretary General of Finnish League for Human Rights and to the Legal Officer of Amnesty International Finnish Section. No help was given to me.

In addition, I have contacted to the Occupational Safety and Health Inspectorate of Uusimaa and to the Occupational Safety and Health Inspectorate of East Finland to solve the matter.

Since applying, I was given legal advice from the third Public Legal Aid Office. I was given copying help from the East Finland regional office of Victim Support Finland to make complaints and a request. I was not given copying help from the Uusimaa regional office of Victim Support Finland to make a complaint and for the purpose of the possible legal process.

In 14. May 2007, I withdraw my custom from the Joensuu Public Legal Aid Office. I have been a customer of private law firm from 10. January 2008 to 7. August 2009.

My right to an effective remedy has been prevented.

I am ended up hunted by the security authorities.

Outsiders either do not have courage to interfere in incidents or on request they participate in them.

I have become very anxious about the functionality of the legal system of Finland and the realization of fundamental and human rights in Finland.

In its decision 14. April 2016, the Supreme Administrative Court of Finland has approved the destruction of my and my close ones lives. The legal system of Finland is unable to make proper judgments if there are high enough authorities involved in the crimes. With publicity I will take care of that the history is able to make correct judgments.

I have the right to make an application against the Republic of Finland to the international courts.
